My stay at Melissa Residence Hotel was truly disappointing. Initially, we were placed in an unacceptable room and faced issues with the Wi-Fi and cleanliness that severely affected our experience. However, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities like the mountain view and some pleasant staff members. Overall, I can't recommend this place due to the lack of proper management and maintenance.
